Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

This policy applies to all coaching sessions and coaching-related services offered through Life With Dear.

The goal is to keep scheduling simple, clear, and fair for everyone.

24-Hour Notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations With Less Than 24 Hours Notice

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session:

the session is non-refundable
you may be allowed one courtesy reschedule
that courtesy reschedule must be used within 14 calendar days of the original session date

Any additional short-notice cancellation may require a new booking and new payment.

Reschedules With Less Than 24 Hours Notice

If you ask to reschedule less than 24 hours before your session:

the session is non-refundable
you may be allowed one courtesy reschedule
that courtesy reschedule must be used within 14 calendar days of the original session date

Any additional short-notice reschedule may require a new booking and new payment.

No-Shows

If you miss your session without notice:

the session counts as missed
the session is non-refundable
a new session will require a new booking and new payment

If Life With Dear Needs to Reschedule

If Life With Dear needs to reschedule a session, you will be offered a new appointment time.

If a new time cannot be found that works reasonably for both sides, a refund may be offered.

Completed Sessions

Once a session has taken place, it is non-refundable.
